eReflect company profile, customer reviews and contact info
Incorporated in 2008, the company has offices in Australia, the Philippines, and the United States, and a growing list of individual, nonprofit, educational, and corporate customers around the world. So, who are eReflect? What are their goals?
eReflect History and Goals
Personal motivation – The company got its start in 2006, when company founder Marc Slater turned an interest in his own self-improvement goals into the company’s flagship product, Ultimate Vocabulary. After researching existing computer-based education models and established teaching strategies, he combined his education in software engineering and communication tools with a vision for a new form of self-paced learning and a new kind of educational software, one that provides the key training users need through personalized instruction and a supportive, easy-to-use interface.
Scientific approach – Today, all of eReflect’s products are based on scientifically-proven principles of learning methodologies as well as the latest innovations in technology. A decade after Marc Slater dreamed of a better way to learn English vocabulary, the company’s goal continues to be the same: helping people to achieve their own dreams of a better professional and personal life by improving their skills in fast reading, vocabulary building, spelling, and touch typing.
eReflect and Online Education
Mission – One of the company’s core missions is to help the growing Educational Technology movement by promoting literacy-supporting programs in classrooms to help prepare students for the future. Schools can start 9- and 10-year-old students on training that will make their later school years easier, and give them the foundation to build a career or go on to earn an advanced degree.
EDU programs – Several of their products have already been released in EDU format, using the latest in cloud-based computing and offering scalable administration options that let school districts and home-based tutors alike provide grade-specific instruction to their students.
7 Speed Reading
For long-lasting success in learning fast reading, eReflect believes that people need to first eliminate any unconscious reading habits that are holding them back from improving their speed, their comprehension, or both. Each lesson series lets users test themselves on their current abilities, and then identify and target the things that are slowing them down. Use free e-books and own material for activities and exercises.
Since the 2012 launch of Ultimate Typing, it has been a top choice worldwide for people who want a quick and easy way to develop keyboarding expertise. For 2016, the company has released the newest version of this program. It teaches keyboarding skills through multi-modal activities and exercises that engage all the senses in a whole-body approach to typing. It includes video lessons.
Good spelling leads to good grades for young students, and also to quicker professional success for adults. The spelling lists in this typing tutor program will help children in primary grades, older students preparing for college, university graduates who are applying to a Master’s program or individual learners. The mix of games, activities, and progress charts appeals to users of all ages.
English is a global language for business and education, and eReflect’s first product continues to provide targeted lessons in all aspects of English vocabulary improvement: meaning, usage, pronunciation, spelling, and even etymology. Vocabulary skill will help students and adults master spoken and written communication and achieve higher grades and incomes. Includes grade-specific word lists.
A popular RSVP reader tool that lets users read eBooks and digital content. The recently released premium version also provides expert videos and guided lessons to train accelerated reading and retention strategies. A free eBook library and upload function for text documents are additional key features.
eReflect supports continuing education for all ages, and the company’s latest product is designed for those older students and adults who are getting ready to take the next step in their educational journey and pursue a graduate degree. The first release of PrepEd features a series of guided lessons on GRE preparations. In 2016 they plan on expanding the lessons to include exams like the TOEFL and GMAT.

The Benefits of Guided Learning
Instructions – eReflect focuses on individualized instructions. That means that each user gets direction and suggestions in real time, as they work through the guided lesson plans. The Canberra based company also provides options to customize texts and exercises to fit the user’s current grade and skill level.
Progress management – This guided approach lets users maximize their progress while keeping the time spent to a minimum. Information and techniques that have been learned can be put in the “mastered” category and taken off the review list.
